Whether she is greeting you at the door or assisting you over the phone, she is dedicated to providing seamless service. She takes pride in managing the firm’s scheduling and is always eager to assist clients with any needs that arise, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care and efficiency.

Background & Experience

She brings 19 years of extensive office operations experience to the team, with a specialized background in property management and accounts payable. Her career began as a leasing agent, where she demonstrated a natural talent for operations, advancing to manage two apartment communities within just two years. She successfully oversaw those properties for over13 years, navigating the complexities of the industry until the start of the pandemic. Now, she leverages her nearly two decades of operational expertise to keep Cook Legacy Advisors running smoothly and effectively.

Away from the Office

Outside of work, she has been happily married for 15 years and stays busy as a dedicated "softball mom." Most of her weekends are spent traveling to all-day tournaments, where she can be found cheering loudly for her daughter’s travel softball team. When she isn't at the ballfield, she finds balance through cooking, entertaining, walking, and prioritizing self-care. She is a lover of the arts and vibrant life experiences, particularly enjoying stand-up comedy, dancing, and music. Michele's newest interest is the Philadelphia Phillies. Michele has attended four games so far and set a future goal of seeing them during their spring training in Florida.
